Concrete Solutions Lab maintains a fully equipped construction materials testing lab and performs our onsite inspections with the most state-of-the-art equipment. We are equipped to provide a full array of inspection services for any sized project, from a single-family home to a major high-rise building. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS

Special inspections are inspections and testing to determine materials, fabrication, erection, and/or placement of components and connections critical to the structural integrity of the building are performed in accordance to approved drawings. These tests and inspections are performed by qualified individuals in accordance with A2LA and the NYCDOB SIA requirements.

PROGRESS INSPECTIONS

Progress inspections are performed during the progress of work to verify substantial compliance with approved construction documents; inspections of selected materials, equipment, installation, fabrication, erection, or placement of components and connections; these inspections confirm compliance with approved documents and drawings.
